Invoicing and payments
In productionRaise invoices against agreements, time and hardware; push them to Xero; pull the payment status back; and collect by direct debit without watching a queue.
Measured: 251 sales documents raised, 249 pushed to Xero, 99 recurring invoices running.
What it does
- Invoices raised from agreements, tracked time, milestones and ad hoc work.
- Pushed to Xero as ACCREC invoices keeping the Atlas number, with payment status pulled back hourly.
- A reversed payment in Xero flips the invoice back to collectable, so a failed direct debit is not quietly written off.
- Direct debit collection on due-or-overdue invoices, plus charging a single invoice on demand.
- BECS settlement modelled over days rather than assumed instant, so an in-flight debit is never double-collected.
- Licence true-up: rules that compare what is deployed to what is billed and draft the difference.
What it does not do
- Xero refuses to edit an invoice once it is paid, credited or voided. Atlas surfaces that rather than pretending the update worked.
- Direct debit is built end to end but NO PRODUCTION MANDATES have been taken. Yours would be the first.
- One currency per organisation. Atlas prices, bills and reports in a single currency and has no FX handling.
What it replaces
- Manual invoice entry
- A separate collections process
Included in the single per-user price. No per-module or per-endpoint add-ons.
