Agreements and renewals
Built, lightly usedService agreements with block hours and rate levels, a renewals calendar that watches six different sources, and uplift quotes generated before the conversation gets awkward.
What it does
- Service agreements with rate levels, inclusions and prepaid block hours that draw down against tracked time.
- A renewals calendar drawing from agreements, licences, domains, warranties, certificates and subscriptions.
- A digest at 60, 30 and 7 days so a renewal is not a surprise.
- Renewal quotes with an uplift, where accepting rolls the term automatically.
- A margin floor on renewal, so a price rise that still loses money is refused.
What it does not do
- FOUR CLIENT CONTRACTS are live in production. The renewals calendar is fed by modules that are heavily used; the contract records themselves are not yet.
- Contract templates are per-organisation and hand-built. There is no clause library.
What it replaces
- A renewals spreadsheet
Included in the single per-user price. No per-module or per-endpoint add-ons.
