Time and billing
In productionTime recorded against tickets, projects and contracts, priced by the rates and contract levels you set, and turned into invoices on a schedule.
Measured: 552 time entries and 99 recurring invoices in production.
What it does
- Time entries against tickets, projects and agreements, with billable and non-billable separated.
- Ad hoc billing turns unbilled time into invoice lines at the right rate for that client and that work type.
- Prepaid block hours draw down as time is recorded, and the remaining balance is visible to the client.
- Recurring invoices for agreements, raised on their own cycle.
- GST is calculated and rounded per line, which is what Xero itself does, so the two reconcile.
What it does not do
- Time is entered by hand or from a ticket timer. There is no automatic activity capture, and there deliberately is not.
- Multi-currency is not supported. Atlas prices and bills in one currency per organisation.
What it replaces
- A separate time-tracking tool
Included in the single per-user price. No per-module or per-endpoint add-ons.
What it connects to
Each of these has its own page, with how much production traffic it is carrying.
