Quoting
Built, lightly usedBuild a quote from a catalogue of real distributor products, costed against the cheapest supplier that actually has stock, with a margin floor that stops a discount going underwater.
What it does
- A product picker over the whole imported catalogue, with recents, bundles, paste-a-list and compare.
- Cost basis is the cheapest IN-STOCK supplier, so a quote is not built on a price nobody can fulfil.
- Margin floors and price-group rules, enforced as the quote is built.
- Several contracts on one quote, with selectable items the client ticks themselves.
- Branded, templated quote documents the client accepts online; acceptance rolls the agreement term.
- Renewal quotes with an uplift, generated from the agreements that are coming up.
What it does not do
- SIXTEEN QUOTES have been raised in production. The engine underneath it is heavily used by the invoicing path; the quote surface itself is not yet.
- Quote approval chains are not modelled. Anybody with the permission can send one.
What it replaces
- A standalone quoting tool
Included in the single per-user price. No per-module or per-endpoint add-ons.
