Xero
In productionAccounting · Australia
Push invoices to Xero, pull payment status back, and keep credit notes and voids in step — without re-keying anything.
249 invoices pushed from production to Xero.
What it does
- Invoices raised in Atlas are pushed to Xero as ACCREC invoices, keeping the Atlas invoice number.
- Payment status is pulled back hourly: paid, part-paid, voided and credited all flow into Atlas.
- A payment reversed in Xero (a failed direct debit) flips the Atlas invoice back to unpaid so it is collected again.
- Clients are matched to Xero contacts by id once linked, so archiving a contact cannot silently create a duplicate.
- GST is calculated per line and rounded per line, matching what Xero itself produces.
- Credit notes and voids push through the same path.
What it does not do
- Xero will not edit an invoice once it is paid, credited or voided. Atlas surfaces that rather than pretending the update worked.
- Granular OAuth scopes are required; the broad accounting.transactions scope is not used.
- A Xero contact with no email address cannot be sent an invoice from Xero — Atlas warns, it cannot fix it.
