Atlas Control is the command centre for IT service providers and managed service providers. It brings the tools you normally spread across a dozen systems into one connected platform: clients and contacts, tickets and helpdesk, projects, quoting, procurement, billing, documentation, compliance and the integrations that tie them together.
We built it because running an MSP means living between a PSA, a quoting tool, a documentation system, an accounting package and a stack of vendor portals. Every hand-off between them is a place for data to drift and time to leak. Atlas keeps the whole quote-to-cash and support lifecycle in one place, so a client, a quote, a ticket and an invoice all reference the same source of truth.
What that looks like in practice:
  • Sell and fulfil: quotes with branded templates, sales and purchase orders, invoices and recurring subscriptions, with Xero kept in sync.
  • Source and stock: a unified product catalogue fed automatically from your suppliers, inventory, warranties and shipping.
  • Support and deliver: tickets with email ingestion, projects, calendars, onboarding and a self-service client portal.
  • Document and protect: knowledge base, SOPs, configurations, device and network records, and a full GRC and compliance module.
  • Connect: Microsoft 365, GoTo Connect, Ingram Micro, SuperOps, NBN, CouriersPlease, plus webhooks and a REST API.
Atlas Control is built and run in Australia, with GST, local suppliers and Australian carriers treated as first-class rather than an afterthought.
