Projects
Built, not provenProject stages, tasks and milestones that raise their own invoices as they complete, so a six-week rollout does not turn into a spreadsheet and a guess at the end.
What it does
- Projects broken into stages and tasks, assigned and scheduled.
- Milestones raise an invoice when they complete, against the same billing engine as everything else.
- Time tracked on a project rolls up against its budget.
- Project work appears on the shared calendar alongside tickets and appointments.
What it does not do
- ONLY SIX PROJECTS have run through this in production. It works, but it has not met the situations a busy delivery team will find.
- No Gantt view and no dependency scheduling: stages are ordered, not critically pathed.
- Resource levelling across several concurrent projects is not modelled.
What it replaces
- A projects spreadsheet
Included in the single per-user price. No per-module or per-endpoint add-ons.
