Client portal and store
Built, lightly usedA portal where a client’s contacts raise tickets, see their devices and status, pay invoices and sign documents — plus an optional storefront on your own domain.
What it does
- Contacts sign in and raise tickets, with knowledge-base deflection before they do.
- Device health, approved hardware, invoices and payments, all scoped to their own client.
- Documents signed in the browser, including delivery receipts signed on a tablet at the door.
- A public status page per client, plus a storefront on a custom domain with your catalogue and your branding.
- Theming per organisation, so it does not look like our product.
What it does not do
- NO STORE ORDERS have been placed in production. The storefront is built, themed and connected to payments; nobody has bought through it.
- Portal access is by contact record, not by federated login. There is no SSO into the portal yet.
- THE PORTAL IS LIGHTLY USED. There are 2,829 contacts on file across 466 clients, but that is a measure of the client records behind it, not of people signing in.
What it replaces
- A separate customer portal
- A separate e-commerce site
Included in the single per-user price. No per-module or per-endpoint add-ons.
