Automation and AI
Built, lightly usedMulti-step runbooks with an approval hold, an hourly scheduler that needs no infrastructure change to extend, and AI that drafts first responses and scripts for a human to approve.
What it does
- Runbooks: multi-step scripts and Exchange automations with an approval hold before anything runs.
- An hourly scheduler where adding a job is a code change and never a database change.
- AI-drafted first responses at ticket ingest, with knowledge-base and device context, opt-in per organisation.
- AI-drafted device scripts from a prompt, reviewed before they are queued.
- An MCP server, so an outside AI client can be given scoped access to your own data.
What it does not do
- NO RUNBOOKS have been published in production. The engine and the approval hold are built; the library is empty.
- Remediation requires approval every time and never forces a reboot. That is a deliberate constraint, not a missing feature.
- AI drafts. It does not close tickets, approve changes or run scripts on its own.
What it replaces
- A separate automation platform
Included in the single per-user price. No per-module or per-endpoint add-ons.
