Documentation
In productionA Markdown document per client, rebuilt nightly from the live data Atlas already holds, alongside hand-written knowledge, passwords, racks and internal assets.
Measured: 400 vault entries and 114 internal assets tracked in production.
What it does
- A nightly generated document per client from live sources, so it is current by construction rather than by discipline.
- A per-client knowledge base, surfaced in the portal for deflection.
- An encrypted password vault with the ciphertext columns revoked from the data API and every reveal audited.
- Rack diagrams, internal assets and configuration records.
- Hudu import, for the documentation you already wrote somewhere else.
What it does not do
- Generated documentation reflects what Atlas can see. Anything it does not integrate with has to be written by hand.
- There is no document approval workflow.
What it replaces
- A separate IT documentation subscription
Included in the single per-user price. No per-module or per-endpoint add-ons.
