Setup guides, comparisons that say where we lose, the full integration list with production status, and a changelog that records the fixes as well as the features.
Setup and how-to documentation for every part of the platform, including the parts that need a decision rather than a click.
One page per module — 20 of them — each with what it does, what it does not do, and how much production use it has had.
Price, maturity, migration, certifications, data residency and getting your data out. Including the answers that are no.
Atlas against Syncro, Atera, HaloPSA, NinjaOne — every one states where the other product is the better buy.
10 connections with the production status of each, because "integrates with" and "carrying real traffic" are different claims.
How tenant data is isolated and what is encrypted — and the certifications Atlas does not hold, stated first.
Dated and factual. Fixes are listed as well as features, because an honest fix tells you more about a product than a feature you cannot verify.

Signatures are built visually, with no HTML
A block editor with drag-and-drop reordering, per-keystroke undo and a live preview. Contact rows write their own conditions, so somebody with no mobile number loses the whole line instead of being left with a stranded label, and the generated markup is the nested-table form Outlook actually renders. Blocks can also be reordered from the keyboard, with each move announced. The HTML view is still there for anyone who wants it.

Profile photos, per-person corrections and a reusable banner library
Signatures can carry the directory photo, served from a stable Atlas URL because Outlook for Windows will not render an embedded image. One person’s title or mobile can be corrected without giving them a template of their own, and a campaign banner is defined once and used across clients rather than pasted into each one.

Signature coverage and drift reporting
How many people are on the current signature, per client, counted per person rather than per device. A daily check reads back what is actually on each endpoint, so a signature somebody edited by hand shows up instead of staying invisible.

Import from CodeTwo, Exclaimer or an existing Outlook signature
Paste the HTML and the merge fields are converted. A field we do not recognise is reported and left in place rather than dropped, because a field quietly removed on import is a phone number missing from every signature in the company.
