Email signatures
Built, not provenA visual signature editor that writes Outlook-safe markup, deployed by the endpoint agent, an Exchange transport rule or an Outlook add-in — with the trade-offs of each stated before you choose.
What it does
- A block editor with drag-and-drop, undo and a live preview; contact rows write their own conditions so a person with no mobile number loses the whole line rather than being left with a stranded label.
- Directory photos served from a stable https URL, because Outlook for Windows will not render an embedded image.
- Per-person corrections, a reusable banner library with scheduling and approval, and a disclaimer library that names the obligation each block exists for.
- Coverage reporting per person, plus a daily drift check that reads back what is actually on each endpoint.
- Import from CodeTwo, Exclaimer or an existing Outlook signature; unrecognised merge fields are reported rather than dropped.
What it does not do
- ONE TEMPLATE exists in production. The whole module is new.
- Server-side stamping reaches every device including phones, but the sender’s own Sent Items copy has no signature — that is how transport rules work and nothing can change it.
- The endpoint agent path is classic Outlook for Windows only. Mobile, Mac and web need stamping or the add-in.
What it replaces
- A third-party signature management subscription
Included in the single per-user price. No per-module or per-endpoint add-ons.
