What it does
- Connects each client tenant through a multi-tenant Entra app, so one consent covers that client.
- Tracks licences per tenant and identifies reclaimable seats with a dollar figure per month.
- Excludes free, trial and capacity SKUs from unused-licence maths, so the number is one you can act on.
- Runs a CIS-aligned security benchmark per tenant and produces an assessment PDF.
- Snapshots tenant configuration so a change can be seen and rolled back.
- Monitors SharePoint and OneDrive storage and warns before a tenant runs out.
What it does not do
- Adding a new Graph permission means re-consenting each tenant. Atlas tells you which tenants need it.
- Outlook signature deployment cannot be done through Graph; Atlas pushes signature files via its agent instead.
