This comprehensive 4-bay configuration utilises an interlocking space-optimising design. By leveraging shared structural upright frames between interconnected bays, the system eliminates redundant footprint space and increases overall structural rigidity. While providing a nominal beam span coverage of 8.0m, the assembled footprint of the fully connected 4-bay run measures exactly 7.76m (7,760mm) wide, ensuring an ultra-compact installation against your facility walls.
As detailed in our structural layout schematics, a single standalone starter bay measures 2.0m wide from outer edge to outer edge. However, when constructing a continuous multi-bay run, each subsequent interlocking add-on bay shares a central vertical frame profile, extending the framework by 1.92m per additional section instead of the full 2m.
The upgraded V2 edition introduces heavily reinforced upright steel profiles increased from 0.7mm to an ultra-robust 0.8mm gauge for unmatched structural load handling. The horizontal shelving beams can be effortlessly raised, lowered, or rearranged along the vertical profiles to accommodate changing inventory profiles. This model features our enhanced V2 high-security beam locking system. Please note that if you are integrating these upgraded V2 horizontal beams with version 1 upright frames, custom pins are required for an optimal fit and can be requested directly from us upon order.
