Azure Cosmos DB for PostgreSQL is a managed database service for PostgreSQL extended with distributed table capabilities via the Citus extension, enabling highly scalable relational applications. Worker nodes provide compute and storage for multi-node clusters. Note: This service is on a retirement path and no longer recommended for new projects.
